Unified Inbox
Unified inbox to manage original conversations on email (Gmail/Outlook) and other communication touchpoints we are planning to add in the future. ----- Original Request ----- Team, we need a basic email inbox (similar to INBOX in hubspot) that you can do basic operations from Klipy inetrface. Problem is that unable to see the open emails in the mailbox while i can see recent interactions, but we have more than 100 clients and going through interactions is lots of steps. Even a basic inbox view with ability to go through open emails will be a great help where u can do basic things like setup follow up or deals. Even if it does not load attachment its fine (infact that will help as it will reduce data confidentiality concerns etc.)

Email notifications for follow-ups
Helloπ It would be great to have a simple way to set email notifications for follow-up due dates. I was surprised that I did not receive any notification about the due date a follow up I set. Currently, these follow-ups are only useful when working with the Klipy app daily; otherwise, it's easy to forget them. I hope this is coming soon, otherwise I will need to add the follow-ups to another platform to make sure I am not missing them. Love! π

Salution column in "people"
Hello I want to ask if we can have an addiotional column in "Peoples". Currently there is no column for salution (Mr./Ms./Mrs.) which is really important for custom E-Mails (especially in German).

Some basics missing in the data: Unique IDs for contacts. Necessary for several cases, such as integrating into other software or sharing contactsHow to address someone. Dedicating a page to Recent Interactions with a Search Function
The recent interactions page is the quickest way I can add deals into the pipeline and review all the interactions at the end of the day The current UI is a small box on the right of the dashboard and does not have an infinite scroll capability Suggestion to have a search box so that we can look for keywords and identify those emails OR have a filter function for "Interactions within the last 24hours" "Interactions this week:" etc
